Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since every piece is handmade, please allow a little extra time during busy periods or sales.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the Czech Republic and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Czech Republic: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions for details.
